……. the moment you’ve all been waiting for!!! the 2025 season finale of second wind!!!! first year of the #rebrand has honestly felt affirming and SO full of love and beautiful music, thanks to YOU - the guests, the listeners, and the readers!! thanks x2 for matching my energy and meeting me in the booth, on the stream, in your inboxes, on your own time. you’re the literal (second) wind in my sails, hehe. my heart is bursting with gratitude and joy.
so yes, the show is back this sunday, december 7 from 6-8p featuring very special guest……… cj!!!!!! lfggggg lol i’m so excited. cj and i have known each other for years, bumping into each other occasionally across dc, va, and here, in new york. i feel so lucky to have bumped into him again this year, and for the stars to have aligned for me to finally get to know him in earnest. he is someone who lives and breathes music in all forms, a true fan and student of the game, wired headphones always in! he also makes (incredible) music himself as llerbes. he’s a deeply talented and beloved designer, and a generous champion for his creative communities and friends across mediums and disciplines. his drive to learn, to experiment, to practice, and to make, is endlessly inspiring to me. also, in conversation with a friend over the weekend he said he considers music the highest form of art - i couldn’t agree more.
