hello from second wind ! + 2025 so far in radio shows : )

i can’t lie it’s been hard to figure out how to kick this thing off, lots of starts and stops and one extremely long and perhaps too personal draft that’s lost to the ether (thank god tbh hahaha) but at some point ya just gotta push publish lol. no pure vision for this space just yet except rn being a place for me to share things that move me that i hope move others too. that includes episodes of my bi-monthly radio shows primarily, but also music, shows, books, tv, movies, events, things, you name it!! tryna be pure and open and spontaneous. i’ve felt frozen for a while! but my hope today is that maybe through action, form will come : ) rn i’m tryna channel stream of consciousness tumblr vibes, like running home putting ur stuff down and opening ur computer and refreshing for new posts energy! can you see it? #wholesome #watchthisspace #lol

2025 in second wind episodes

thanks for supporting the rebrand < 3 second wind takes place once every 2ish months on thelotradio.com. it’s usually a 2 hour show, me on hour 1 with audio diary energy, a playlist slowly compiled over the previous 8 wks, and then edited down to an hour and spanning all kinds of sounds, and there’s always a lil story i’m telling myself with my set - song sequencing is so poetic to me lol. hour 2 is usually from a friend who i rly admire < 3 who gets an hour to play music of their choice! no dj skills required ofc - it’s about sharing from the heart however that may be. i love the show because i get to be put on to great stuff by some brilliant and generous and kind peeps lol and because i get to dance with my friends and sing and get folks together and meet new people. it’s right up there with my purest happiest places in the world and i’m so grateful, so so lucky, to have that outlet.
